In the age of AI, Travel agents are very service-oriented and HR resource heavy business. This results in Travel Agencies being very hard work business with demanding clients who are both price-sensitive and service sensitive work. Our emphasis is on joint development of itineraries that are creative, exclusive and exciting. Above this, we encourage members to develop their MICE Planning business (Meeting, Incentive, Convention, Exhibition) where the ticket size per project is larger and projects are often repeated year-to-year. We develop members along Inbound Travel and Outbound Travel, assuring that members can give a flow of referrals and projects to each other.

Beyond travel agencies referrals, we can expect the legal chapters, marketing chapters (Communication Business Group), translators’ chapters, property chapters (Property Business Group) to provide introductions to travel-related needs from cross-border activities.
